Jennifer Barron is currently a Partner at Monitor Group and a Global Account Manager within M2C^®. Jennifer has worked with Monitor since 1985, and has held a broad range of leadership positions. Jennifer is a co-founder and principal of Monitor's Market2Customer^® (M2C) division, which focuses on marketing and growth strategies. She has been instrumental in driving the growth of the group, and focuses on product development and new business development initiatives.

Jennifer is also active in client service, and has a broad range of experience in helping clients achieve business success, with a particular focus on building strong brands. She has worked with executives across many industries, including healthcare, technology, and consumer packaged goods.

Jennifer graduated from Dartmouth College with an honors degree in Economics, and she received her MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in Wayland, MA with her two daughters, Elisabeth and Anna.
