Since joining Monitor Group in 2000, Aziel has dedicated most of
his time to Market2Customer®, Monitor’s marketing strategy
group. He has worked with clients across many industries to help
them grow in mature markets, revitalize brands, identify and effectively
create new products, and improve their marketing organization's
effectiveness. He is also the head of Monitor’s undergraduate
recruiting operations in the U.S. In this role, he plays an integral
part in U.S. recruiting strategy creation, materials development,
and candidate selection.
Aziel graduated from Harvard College in the spring of 1999 with
a B.A. in Economics. He is also a recipient of the Harvard-Yenching
fellowship and spent a year abroad in Seoul, South Korea directly
after graduation. A native New Yorker, Aziel currently is based
out of New York, New York.
