Nancy Ross is a Global Account Manager at M2C®. Nancy is an architect
of the brand processes used within Monitor and M2C. Before joining
M2C, Nancy spent her 20+ year career in various means of building
national and global brands. She spent almost a decade working at
Grey Advertising and Saatchi & Saatchi, in account management
roles for clients including: Procter & Gamble, BankAmerica,
Ralph Lauren, and Block Drug. At 25, Nancy opened an office for
Grey in Mexico City, where she served as General Manager for 3 years.
In her second decade in business, Nancy served as Brand / Marketing
consultant to senior management on great national and global brands,
including substantive efforts in the media industry for Primedia
and Scholastic. Of note, in separate periods, Nancy has worked for
senior management at both Citibank and Chase on global brand efforts.
This collective body of work covers the spectrum from the design
of the brand architecture, through strategic positioning, and ultimately
the execution of global campaigns. Nancy has been a frequent speaker
on brand issues, and is a featured speaker in a series of lectures
sponsored by the International Institute of Research.
Nancy is a valedictorian, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate
of Harvard, and Woodrow Wilson Fellow. She has authored a diverse
set of writings, including: PowerBrandingSM for the business audience
and a children's book that received national media attention. She
is currently authoring a book on her successful turnaround of her
son, formerly diagnosed with autism.
